of the City. The site also encompasses wetlands within the primary environmental
corridor along Butler Ditch. Most of the land (29 acres) was dedicated to the City for
parkland in 1980 as part of the Lilly Heights subdivision development.

Land for the park was dedicated to the City in 1976 (8 acres), 1986 (8 acres), and 1990/97 (20 acres) as part of the subdivision plats for the Camelot Meadows, Bartlett Manor, and Chadwick Greens subdivisions. The site also encompasses a woodland and wetlands within an isolated natural resources area.
