Lilly Heights Park is a 42 acre developed district park located in the northeastern portion
of the City. The site also encompasses wetlands within the primary environmental
corridor along Butler Ditch. Most of the land (29 acres) was dedicated to the City for
parkland in 1980 as part of the Lilly Heights subdivision development.

The site also encompasses a woodland and wetlands within an isolated natural resources area.
