St. John’s Pond Park is a 3.5 acre park on the shores of Lake Nagawicka. The key features of this park are a Fishing Pier on Nagawicka lake, St. John’s pond, and the city owned Dam. There is a biking and hiking trail, picnic facilities, fishing area, restrooms, ice skating in the winter. Off street parking is available.
This park provides a good starting point to see the Veterans Memorial River Walk.
Additional parking is available at the post office accross the street.
Sunset Bowl is a USBC-association bowling center that offers leagues and recreational bowling. Inside, there is an extensive selection of lanes, a pro shop, and a bar area featuring pool tables and darts. Its on-site bar, called Sporties, is a fun place to have food and cocktails.
Three Meadows Park is a 6 acre developed neighborhood park located in the northern
portion of the City. The site was dedicated to the City for parkland in 1987 as part of the
plat for the Three Meadows subdivision.

The Voigt Soccer Park is a 51 acre special park/regional playfield located in the
northwestern portion of the City. The site also encompasses wetlands within the
primarily environmental corridor along the Fox River. The park is managed and
operated by the Brookfield Soccer Association under a lease agreement with the City.

Weston Hills Park is a 23 acre developed neighborhood park located in the
southwestern portion of the City. The site also encompasses wetlands within a portion
of a secondary environmental corridor and was dedicated to the City for parkland in
1988 as part of the plat for the Weston Hills subdivision.

Franklin Wirth Park, centrally located in Brookfield, is considered by many residents as
“my most favorite place to be” in the City. The 135± acre site was acquired in 1961 and
named after the first and long time Mayor of the City.
The park is comprised of approximately 96 acres of upland suitable for active park
facility development, and the remaining acreage encompasses a variety of wetland,
woodland and surface water resources within the Underwood Creek primary
environmental corridor.
Wirth Park is a fully developed community park with a community-wide service area
providing a variety of natural resource and non-resource oriented facilities and is the
premier park for the City of Brookfield offering residents a diverse array of active and
passive outdoor recreational opportunities. The park facilities are utilized by the
community on a daily basis with well over 100,000 visitations annually.

The Mission of the VMR is to help current and future generations honor those who gave their lives in defense of liberty by creating an ecologically sound river walk park which memorializes the efforts of our armed forces, highlighting in particular historical contributions from the Waukesha area. Further, to encourage and bring to the fore the importance of maintaining and protection our precious ecological heritage of the Bark River, wetlands and the marshes that surround it.
Wray Park is at the corner of Mary Lynn and Jaclyn Drives off of Watertown Road. Turn left onto Jaclyn Drive and you’re in a great neighborhood park with tons of amenities.A great place to watch nature too, Wray Park is connected to Poplar Creek and brings in deer, geese, ducks even cranes and beavers! Wray Park’s newest playground has ADA accessibility and incredibly fun play components for everyone to enjoy. An accessible path connects the parking lot with this playground, our sand playground and the basketball court.
