Saloon on Calhoun with BACON is a premiere sports venue. We boast enough wide screen televisions to catch the game from any angle. The food is beyond excellent and the craft beers are numerous and ever changing. In addition to sports, the Saloon on Calhoun supports live entertainment. A quiet antique store turns into a happening sandwich shop… Long before the sandwiches were toasted and cookies were on the straws, there was a young couple who owned an antique shop. This quirky shop of memories was doing well, but the determined pair knew they could always do better.
They decided to start serving lunch to their curious, collecting customers. Little did they know that the simple sandwiches served in this unique atmosphere would cause such a fuss, with lines reaching out the door and around the corner. As time passed the “little antique shop that could” was slowly turning into quite the lunchtime getaway, complete with toasty warm sandwiches, homemade desserts and even live music.
In 1996, an ambitious, entrepreneurial young man named Bryant Keil bought the original store on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. Together with his team, Bryant set out to spread the Potbelly love across the country, creating shops with the same neighborhood feel as the original.
Today, the magic continues with more than 400 Potbelly Sandwich Shops in neighborhoods around the country.

Our real provolone cheese, oven-roasted turkey, choice top round roast beef, hickory-smoked ham, or dry cured genoa salami and spicy capicola, are also brought in fresh and sliced by hand daily in every Jimmy John’s location. Our bread bakers bake our French bread all day, every day.

The Silver Spur building was built in 1855 by Frank Reusch as a stagecoach stop on the historic Watertown Plank Road and also housed a blacksmith and livery stable. Two years later, a mercantile was added and it became the first post office in Elm Grove. Known as the Elm Grove Hotel, rooms were rented upstairs and horses stabled on the basement level. the Elm Grove Hotel remained in the Reusch family, operating as Reusch’s Tavern in the fifties, until it was sold in 1963 and became the Elm Grove Inn.
The building is the second oldest restaurant in the State of Wisconsin, and the tradition continues.

In addition to pasta and noodles, Noodles & Company offers different salads and soups, categorized under each of the three menus. Noodles & Company offers self-serve style fountain drinks, in addition to bottled beverages, beer, and wine. Noodles & Company provides vegetarian but not vegan options. Customers can choose to add beef, chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian tofu to their orders.
