Since the first Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza and Pasta opened on Gilman Street in Madison, Wisconsin in 1974; folks knew that there was something special about Rocky’s pizza pie. With fresh dough made daily in our kitchen, our signature, tangy pizza sauce and the finest ingredients, like our hand-pattied Italian sausage, it’s easy to see how Rocky’s became synonymous with quality.
Throughout the years that quality has never changed! Sure, we could resort to shortcuts and lower quality ingredients like many others, but without the hand-made dough which goes through 4 different rising processes, the 100% real Wisconsin cheese and the rest of the “little extras” that go into each and every pizza, we’d be ashamed to put the Rocky’s name on the box.
Rocky’s has come a long way since that location on Gilman Street, but Rocky’s Roots still remain close to home with the Rocky Rococo Corporate Office operated out of the small city of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
